The strongest candidates will have hands-on functional configuration experience, deep knowledge of statewide ERP systems (CAPPS, USAS, TINS, SPA), strong technical skills (Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher), and significant experience supporting large multi-agency Texas government environments. Experience with fiscal year-end processing, production support, audits, disaster recovery, and Tier 2 application support is considered essential.
