Serving as a key member of the division's leadership team, the Business Operations Division Manager works closely with internal teams and community stakeholders to strengthen accountability, enhance customer service, innovate programming and events, and support efficient, high-quality operations across facilities, programs, and events. Manage proactive assessments of fraud awareness, prevention, detection, and risk mitigation activities in the area of responsibility; oversee financial, compliance, operational, and performance audits; review audit findings and ensure appropriate controls are established and implemented.
