Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science• Minimum 5 years supporting or managing complex construction projects• Proven ability to perform under pressure and coordinate multiple contributors toward shared objectives• Experience producing accurate estimates and pricing deliverables• Strong oral and written communication skills• Ability to work on-site or in office — this is not a remote role• Ability to navigate active construction environments, climb ladders or temporary stairs, move across uneven terrain, and perform routine jobsite inspections for safety and quality• Ability to work in environments with noise, vibration, mechanical movement, airborne particles, outdoor weather exposure, and varying field conditions.
