The goal is for quality and predictability to keep pace as the portfolio grows8+ years of production or creative program management experience Experience producing design work for shipped software products Demonstrated fluency in the software and visual design process (UX, UI, motion, and interactive prototyping) and in how design work moves through engineering to release Experience working to software release cycles and partnering closely with product management and engineering Experience running multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts Experience communicating project status, risks, and creative rationale to executive stakeholders through written pre-reads, presentations, and live reviews Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or similar Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience producing content and logistics for executive-level reviews and high-visibility product launches Experience working in a design studio or creative agency Experience producing design work for AR, VR, or XR products Experience partnering with hardware and software teams on integrated product development Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. Match UX, UI, motion, prototyping, and freelance talent to demand, and raise capacity risks and tradeoffs with design and product leadership early Vendors and contracts: Scope and manage external production partners, studios, and freelance talent for software design work, from SOW and PO through delivery and payment.
