As the effective showrunner of the live events platform, this position collaborates across audience engagement, editorial teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, audience-focused events that deepen understanding of local and national issues, elevate diverse perspectives, and create meaningful opportunities for public engagement around KUOW programming and content. Develop and script live event programs in collaboration with editorial, production, marketing, and talent teams, shaping the overall program format, interview questions, audience engagement and interactive elements, audio/visual components, and key marketing messaging to create cohesive, compelling experiences for live audiences.
