The roadmap includes capability unlocks within existing Marketing Engagement & automation technologies and investment in new tooling that will allow us to identify our customers, know them, protect the data they offer us, and engage with them in a personalized way across all our owned channels, from email, text, push, direct mail, our web and mobile platforms, and via ad technology for retargeting or personalized media and ads.
