Exceptional analytical, problem solving and creativity abilities • Ability to comfortably present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in structural packaging design – corrugated or display industries • College degree in Structural Design, Package Engineering/Packaging Science or Industrial Design from an accredited institution or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of ArtiosCAD software, including parametric designs • Experience with the following: • CAPE design and palletization software • Operating sample table cutting devices (i.e. Kongsberg tables) • Display and/or retail ready packaging design development • Package testing and methodologies (UN, ISTA, etc.) • Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SolidWorks and Strata 3D is a plus • Good knowledge and grasp on available printing methods currently in the market Travel Requirements: • Little to none, less than 10% About BCI Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. Position Purpose: To conceptualize, design and prepare unique, high-quality industrial, graphic packaging and POP display design solutions for existing and future customers primarily utilizing ArtiosCAD.
