The Division Manager serves as the senior business leader for the division and is responsible for establishing the operating strategy, driving financial performance, developing organizational capability, supporting customer retention and growth initiatives, and ensuring operational consistency across all assigned Mission Critical accounts. This position provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial accountability, and organizational direction for multiple mission critical service operations, ensuring consistent execution, customer satisfaction, workforce development, and sustainable business growth across the division.
