Ensure Batch Sheets are completed properly, by recording raw material name and lot number(s) used, temperatures, pressures, vacuum involved in processing material, time for each processing step, time for QC approval, batch yield (pounds produced, and packaging), volume of waste generated and review for accuracy and quality. We are currently hiring for a reactor operator at our RST facility to make batches of surfactants, polymers and dispersions from batch tickets, load trucks, package materials, drive a lift truck as needed to move raw materials and totes around the facility.
