Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for engineering components and materials, including identifying qualified suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotes, coordinating technical requirements, monitoring lead times and deliverables, and addressing vendor performance or quality issues. The Systems Engineer reports directly to the Senior Engineering Manager and works closely with Engineering, Production, Operations, Quality, Customer Success, Sales, and other functional teams.
