Qualifications We Prefer: • Knowledge of systems architectures and designs • Knowledge of basic circuit analysis and the ability to perform detailed analyses on complex systems • Understanding of military aircraft-related missions, functional operation, performance specifications, and validation techniques • Experience planning and conducting Accelerated Stress Testing, or a willingness to learn and apply those techniques, such as Highly Accelerated Life Test processes (HALT), Reliability Enhancement Test (RET), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) • Experience using industry recognized tools such as Relyence, Reliasoft, Windchill, or eXpress • Familiarity with agile development and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) • Good presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build trust with team members from many different backgrounds, including engineering management, engineering teams, program management, business development, support groups, and subcontractors • Experience in technical proposal preparation related to Reliability & Maintainability. • Three (3) years of experience in conducting/developing Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability & Maintainability analysis and predictions, Reliability Critical Items List, and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Built In Test (BIT) design / verification analysis, and/or testability analysis.
