Primary responsibilities include: Define how analysts should work in the Singularity Platform, and write the narrative that connects the Operations Center, Purple AI, asset and entity inventory, investigation graph, and investigation timeline into one experience; set the agentic-first analyst direction, deciding where the analyst stays in the loop and how the interface earns trust in agent actions through transparency and control; and define and report on analyst outcomes, such as mean time to investigate and respond, alerts handled per analyst, investigations resolved by agents, and adoption of the new experience, alongside delivery milestones. Own the program that moves legacy customers to the new analyst experience, including parity planning, migration tooling, sequencing by customer segment, deprecation timelines, and customer communication; work with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and MSSP/MDR partners to plan rollouts, manage risk for large and regulated accounts, and track migration through to completion; and make and defend the calls on what to carry forward, what to redesign, and what to retire.
