Wayfinding: Own the roadmap for navigation (Site, App, Marketplace, Cross-Brand bar), Product Listing Page (PLP)/Sorts, curated & algorithmic shops, facets/filters, homepage & landing pages, store digital signage, non-commerce & non-campaign pages, and VI Banners/ISMs; collaborate with Merchandising and Ecommerce teams to ensure intuitive, real-time wayfinding that bridges online and physical retail, aligning with Content Supply Chain, Innovation, and other cross-functional Customer Journey Product Teams to drive multi-year roadmaps. Search: Manage the development of on-site search, app search, in-store search (Store Mode Scanning), marketplace search, endless aisle (Store Mode), shop by store, RFID, and Search/Generative Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO); leverage Generative AI and data intelligence to deliver conversational and context-aware discovery, improving search relevance, inspiration, and conversion.
