This role combines engineering knowledge, product ownership, and cross-functional leadership to drive product performance, product changes, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. As a key liaison between engineering, manufacturing, installation, quality, sourcing, and global product teams, you will help prioritize product enhancements, coordinate technical solutions, and ensure escalator products continue to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
