p>Qualifications: • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software product development; prior fintech/asset management experience is required • Self-starter with strong leadership skills; able to operate independently with minimal supervision • Demonstrated success in Agile and/or Scrum environments, supporting multiple squads or cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple priorities • Deep familiarity with writing clear, actionable user stories, epics, and NFRs for both technical and business audiences • Experience with modern product development methodologies (e.g., INVEST, MVP, steel threads) • Proficient in backlog refinement, QA/testing, and managing delivery risks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive and solutions-oriented.
