Other key responsibilities include: Defining, documenting, and communicating the product vision guiding the development team and stakeholders in alignment with customer feedback, market research, performance metrics, and firm goals; Delivering compelling product presentations and reports, securing stakeholder support; Coordinating with other Product Owners to ensure alignment and integration of product strategies across the firm; Collecting business and stakeholder requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing a clear and transparent product backlog, creating, prioritizing, and refining user stories; Developing roadmaps to demonstrate long-term product vision, making decisions regarding product features, scope, and priorities, and communicating product releases; Planning work in collaboration with the scrum master and development team, providing clear direction and leadership, and holding retrospective sessions to review and assess progress; Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains. We'd love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle and methodologies; Display the ability to understand and articulate the 'big picture' business goals and clear vision for the product; Possess advanced and effective business analysis skills; Have: • A high school diploma or an equivalent; • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or a related field, preferably; • Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as Agile Certification, Scrum Master, and SAFe, preferably; • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a product owner for Agile software development teams or related areas; • Experience in the legal industry or a similar regulated environment, preferably.
