Represent the team in Scrum-of-Scrums, ART Syncs, Value Stream Syncs, and other cross-team forums; coordinate with Scrum teams, ARTs, RTEs, Product Owners, Product Managers, and technical leads to communicate dependencies, improve transparency, and ensure delivery alignment. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning; guide the team through draft planning, backlog readiness, blocker identification, dependency coordination, risk resolution, and team objective alignment to broader OKRs in partnership with other Scrum Masters and the RTE.
