The role involves investigating broadband connectivity issues, analyzing network traffic, identifying root causes, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex incidents. Exposure to FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, OLT/ONT, BNG/BRAS, RADIUS/AAA, subscriber management, VLAN/QinQ, MPLS, IPv6, and network service assurance will be beneficial.
