You will drive structured testing of new hardware in real-world conditions, coordinate the employee and customer base needed for end-to-end validation, own tester recruitment, qualification, and onboarding at scale, and synthesize telemetry and tester feedback into a prioritized backlog of product, process, and hardware improvements. The ideal candidate is a builder who is comfortable creating the beta playbook for a new market and a new device from scratch, thrives at the intersection of hardware, network, and customer experience, and is energized by pioneering new products to customers in regions where they have never existed before.
