This role focuses on manual GTAW (TIG) welding, robotic welding, gantry-based automated welding, manual laser welding, laser ablation, and emerging automated joining technologies, with a primary objective of transforming welding operations into highly automated, repeatable, and data-driven manufacturing systems. Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting advanced welding, joining, and laser processing operations, including GTAW (TIG), robotic welding, gantry welding systems, laser welding, and laser ablation.
