Qualifications We Prefer: • Preferred degrees: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical • Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) • Organizational skills with fine attention to detail and multitasking capabilities • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines • Ability to work in a team environment • Innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology • Knowledge and ability to apply lean principles and techniques (Six Sigma, CORE) • Active DoD security clearance (confidential, secret) • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the following; Manufacturing or mechanical design in a manufacturing environment Use of 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, CREO • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
