A strong candidate will gain hands-on accountability across the full manufacturing equipment lifecycle, including supplier technical alignment, factory and site acceptance, launch troubleshooting, and lessons learned that directly shape future high-volume EV production systems. This group is unique in its end-to-end ownership of equipment strategy, supplier execution, validation, installation, commissioning, and operational handoff, giving team members direct visibility into how engineering decisions affect quality, throughput, safety, and launch readiness.
