Works with engineers on set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. -Must have experience troubleshooting electrical components, working with wiring, PCBs, medical or industrial devices, and using tools such as multimeters; understanding of voltage, resistance, and diagnostics is critical.
p>Advancement requires consistent safety habits, reliability, professional conduct, proper tool handling, organized warehouse practices, and successful completion of an L0 ® L1 competency test covering basic safety, ladder skills, tool identification, solar component awareness, and teamwork evaluation.
