Manage production and people processes, timekeeping, safety checks, client team-concept activities, required paperwork, quality containment and validation, production-at-rate, employee issues, downtime response, maintenance coordination, scrap investigation, and workplace organization. This role provides direct exposure to company’s frontline manufacturing leadership, including UAW workforce interaction, production-floor problem-solving, staffing, timekeeping, automation, and the Global Manufacturing System.
