Position Purpose: Assist the Director of Operations in planning, directing, and overseeing the overall Production facilities in the PA systems (Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Bloomsburg, and Dallas, PA), including the operation and maintenance of; source of supply, treatment plants, pump stations, storage tanks, electrical/mechanical equipment, instrumentation and associated distribution infrastructure to ensure the provision of high quality water at a reasonable cost to the customers of PA. It offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting and resource recovery.
