Physical The Warehouse Worker is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving trucks or vans to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on trucks and vans; arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders, and printing requests. Primary Objective: Performs a variety of customer service/office administration and warehouse duties related to the operation of a Sales Service Center. Primary Function and Scope: - Performs various customer service duties such as: waiting on customers, assisting customers in determining order requirements, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, providing direction/selection assistance, completing sales transactions, and accepting payments.
- Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor product, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
