This role provides frontline leadership to production associates, ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), batch record accuracy, and customer specifications, and partners closely with Quality, Compounding, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives. The Line Leader serves as a technical and operational expert on assigned electrolyte filling and packaging lines, ensuring equipment is set correctly, materials are properly controlled, and production activities meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.
