Continually developing the department with continuous improvements via systems, reports, software, hardware, automation, procedures, audits, etc. to make the department more robust (error resistant), more efficient (more done with less labor required), organized, and more accountable. Develop, design, construct, test, troubleshoot, and implement a sustainable and cost-effective fully-automated multi-spindle screw assembly machine capable of at least 5,000 screws per hour.
