Partner directly with the Director of Operations to ensure staffing levels meet daily deployment needs and service level expectations providing regular updates on staffing shortages, overtime utilization, labor costs, and operational bottlenecks. This role operates in fast-paced EMS environment while acting as a vital bridge between staff, Operations, and Human Resources to maximize business, drive staffing efficiency, and control labor costs.
