Experience with automation, robotics, Cobots, manufacturing technologies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred; ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams through technical expertise and project leadership. Working knowledge of engineering and quality tools such as SPC, DOE, process validation, capability analysis, control plans, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
