Complete the following training requirements within the first year of employment: Applied Principals of Behavior I-II, Coaching & Motivating, Consultation/ Supervision Meeting, Crisis & Risk Management, Developing Staff through observations, Difficult Conversations, Giving Conceptual Feedback, Model Fidelity Program Concepts, and Philosophy of Consultation required. Light to medium work, occasional squatting, kneeling, negotiating to the ground into a quadruped position, crawling, lying on the ground while maintaining a variable static force to restrain a child or simulate restraining.
