Key responsibilities include responding to service calls and performing assigned cleaning and restoration tasks, photographing, identifying, and inventorying customer belongings, wrapping, packaging, and labeling items for transport and cleaning, cleaning, assessing, and repackaging restored belongings, providing detailed cleaning of homes and businesses (floors, surfaces, fixtures, etc.), maintaining a clean, organized vehicle and work environment, supporting the crew chief and team with job site activities, ensuring excellent communication with team and customers, performing end-of-job cleanup to leave the site neat and professional, following SERVPRO safety and risk management guidelines, and completing on-the-job and computer-based training modules. Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently, stand, walk, drive, and climb for extended periods, and be comfortable with exposure to cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
