Supervise day-to-day beverage operations throughout casino bars, lounges, service wells, theater bars, and the gaming floor, including management of lounge reservations, banquet event orders, and related functions. The primary responsibility of the Beverage Shift Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the beverage department, including but not limited to bars, lounges, theaters, and casino service areas, in alignment with the duties and responsibilities outlined below.
