Must have at least 3 years of metal fabricating experience; ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and painting equipment in a manufacturing setting; experience with, or the willingness to learn CNC water jet, press brake, plasma cutter, squaring shears, and industrial painting; ability to operate hand and power tools; strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes; ability to measure and square up frames/weldments accurately and able to keep them square while completing he welding process; be able to lift 50+ lbs.
