As an Assembler you will: Perform assembly and subassembly processes using hand tools, presses, power tools, and fastening equipment Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality of machine operations Complete equipment changeovers as required Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader Support additional duties as assigned by supervision Follow all safety procedures and actively promote a safe work environment Identify and communicate safety hazards or improvement opportunities This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must meet the following requirements: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Self-motivated with strong initiative Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the shift Frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs.
