Coordinate complex schedules for oncology patients who may be receiving treatment across the Cancer Center Departments (Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Infusion, and lab) utilizing multiple system applications: various scheduling applications, clinical operating systems, eligibility verification systems, medical necessity applications, scanning repository. Multitask, communicate effectively, and work cooperatively in a fast paced environment, working directly with Providers, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, outside contacts, and patients in the oncology clinical setting to schedule patients accurately.
