section>Morgan Services is seeking a motivated and hands-on ProductionTeam Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our garment and flat shipping departments at our Los Angeles, CA facility.
The Team Leader will maintain a department vacation schedule, ensuring that department is properly staffed during vacation by utilizing members from other departments and controlling over-time; handles departmental member disciplinary action (1st and 2nd member reminders) and informs the Plant Manager of all disciplinary action.- Build high-quality capital processing equipment to include: sanitary plumbing, motorized fluid and vacuum pumps, temperature controllers, wiring harnesses with soldered or crimped connections, and electrical control panels.
- Knowledge and skill with industrial tools including water-jet cutter, saws, drills, wire strippers, soldering equipment, crimpers, grinders, plasma cutters, engraving tools, labeling tools, multimeters, and other basic hand tools.
