| Comments for Suppliers: | Do not submit anybody previously DQed from similar assembly roles.li>Candidates must have 1-3 years of hands on assembly experience (aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive), be proficient with crimping, soldering, torque tools, and basic continuous improvement methods (6S/Kaizen), and possess a high school diploma (associate's degree or IPC 610/OSHA 10 a plus). The role requires reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs; installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires; performing functional and workmanship inspections; and documenting results in work orders within our MRP system. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and issuing materials, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Operate a company vehicle to transport metal finishing requests to local suppliers and move palletized equipment to various locations. li>Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. In this role, you will help process stainless steel components through heat-treating and metal-finishing operations. This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for candidates with industrial, warehouse, production, or general labor experience.
