Further, the Beneficiary will be responsible for ensuring all production paperwork is completed accurately and promptly, identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices, assisting in creating production schedules and budgets for projects, working with the Plant Manager and management team on the implementation, recording, and oversight of KPIs for each department, analyzing workforce requirements and guidance to all departments and consulting with vendors to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. In this professional position, the Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that equipment and machinery are operating at optimum efficiency, coordinating all phases of manufacturing operations including primary processing, and coordination of maintenance, and that operators are professionally trained in equipment operations.
