Champion quality, cost, and team performance by addressing non-conformances, coordinating with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and inspections, reducing scrap and material waste, tracking labor efficiency and job costs through ERP/MRP data, and hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating team members. Manage production workflow and equipment readiness, including daily job scheduling, machine loading across mills, lathes, multi-axis and CNC centers, tooling, raw material inventory, preventive maintenance, and machine calibration to support on-time delivery.
