Minimum Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.· 0–2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience.· Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.· Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, CAD models, and technical documentation.· This role works closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering to develop repeatable, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes while supporting production execution.
