As the primary Paint Engineering resource during night-shift production, this engineer will work directly on the manufacturing floor to respond to line calls, analyze process and quality data, restore production, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Use process, chemistry, equipment, quality, and production data-including SPC, capability analysis, DOE, oven profiles, film build, appearance, adhesion, and defect trends-to identify risk and validate improvements.
