Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong technical leader with hands-on experience in server repair, board-level troubleshooting, failure analysis, ASIC and microprocessor repair, SMT processes, KPI management, and leadership in a high-volume electronics. This mission-critical, newly created full-time position is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Center Analysis & Repair (CAR), ensuring safety, quality, productivity, repair effectiveness, failure analysis accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
