Oversee detailed design of production systems; develop equipment specifications; identify vendors and manage the RFQ, selection, FAT, and deployment process for pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI, ICT/FCT, wire processing, and harness assembly equipment. Partner with electrical engineering and product design teams to drive DFM considerations for PCBA layout, component selection, wire routing, connector strategy, and testability that enable production and cost targets.
