Working Conditions: • Site-based position • Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule that could include nights and weekends. As a Shift Supervisor with Ledcor's Heavy Civil team, you will provide frontline leadership for earthworks construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality execution throughout your shift.
