Experience with punching, forming, welding, tube bending, tube expansion, and sheet metal fabrication- Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, ERP systems (QAD preferred), and root cause methodologies- Experience supporting capital equipment projects and lean manufacturing initiatives- Familiarity with gas combustion products, heat exchangers, or similar thermal/mechanical systems. - Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting metal fabrication or assembly processes -Working knowledge of metalworking processes and materials- Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks Preferred Qualifications:
