Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance review/management and training • Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team • Leverages prior experience to solve issues using latitude of existing guidelines, also recommending changes within specialization policies/procedures • Works closely with specialization manager • Communicates regularly with management and infrequently with executive leadership • Other duties as assigned.
