Execute the shift production plan by integrating all available information (production schedules, available resources, and prior-shift reports), while ensuring accurate, timely reporting and a thorough, well-prepared handoff to the incoming shift that will include completed reports, equipment cleaned and materials prepared for production. Establish and sustain high shift morale and performance by clearly communicating objectives and results, maintaining disciplined focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, and addressing performance issues or conduct issues promptly, consistently, and fairly.
