Manager - Facilities & Process Engineering focuses on the planning and execution of improvement strategies designed to increase growth of the company, reliability and performance of the process systems and equipment, enabling the smooth running of process support systems and operations, engagement initiatives, driving strategic problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives and reporting out to executive leadership on results and enacting countermeasures when targets are missed.
