Lead execution of the Business Unit Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment across customer, channel, category, financial, supply chain, and strategic requirements • Own and drive IBP routines, including Product Management Review (PMR), Demand Review, Supply Review, and Sales, Operations & Execution • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver plans, insights, and timelines • Support monthly Business Unit reviews in partnership with the IBP Lead • Influence business decisions by translating data and analytics into actionable insights • Deliver near- and long-term strategic and tactical plans through disciplined IBP cycle facilitation • Own the risk and opportunity ledger, including identification and resolution of supply, demand, and financial gaps • Lead, coach, and develop team members, as applicable.
